Pork Tenderloin

A low-cost and versatile protein, great for serving a crowd or for leftovers.

Ingredients:

  • 1.5lbs Pork Tenderloin

  • 1 Tbs Olive Oil

  • ½ Tbs Butter

  • Juice from ½ a Lemon

    Seasonings (to taste):

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Garlic Powder

  • Paprika

  • Basil

  • Oregano

  • Parsley

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Season tenderloin on all sides.

  3. Heat olive oil over medium heat on stove top, sear tenderloin on all sides.

  4. Add tenderloin to oven safe dish, top with butter and lemon juice.

  5. Cook in oven 35-40 minutes until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees.

  6. Remove from oven, let rest 3 minutes.

  7. Slice and serve.

Pairs well with rice, roasted vegetables, fries, or potatoes.
