The A Team workouts are designed to get you in and out of the gym in about an hour, 4 times per week. Which might mean less time spent in the gym per week. Time is not the priority when working out - intensity, consistency, and sustainability are.

Home Gym

Do you enjoy working out from the comfort of your own home? Are you constantly traveling or on the go? Sounds like our dumbbells only program is the perfect fit for you.

  • Our dumbbells only program requires either a pair of adjustable dumbbells or dumbbells of various weights as well as an adjustable bench.

  • While I don’t know exactly what weights you will need based on how strong you currently are (and how much stronger you’re about to get!) I would recommend having a set of 10s, 15s, and 25s to get you started. You may find that you need heavier dumbbells as you progress through the program.

  • Yes! Definitely. The equipment you have does not dictate the results you see. As long as you are pushing yourself during every set week after week, you’ll see results.

Full Gym

Is your gym membership your favorite card in your wallet? Do you love using different types of equipment during your workouts? The full gym workout sounds like your speed.

  • Our full gym program is best suited for a full gym with standard equipment. Most commercial gyms should have the equipment necessary to run through this program with no substitutions. I won’t include any obscure equipment within the program.

  • Yes! Experience level is not dictated by equipment. You will have access to form videos for every exercise included in the program to help you feel confident when you’re in the gym!

  • Nope! Both programs are designed to take about 60 minutes, with 4 workouts scheduled per week.
