“I was looking for extra support and accountability. Alex was so engaged and caring. He gave me a training and nutrition plan that met my needs.”

- Paddy Cunningham, former ‘The Biggest Loser’ contestant

”Alex listened to my goals and incorporated them into my programming so perfectly! My workouts are tangible and straight forward - I know exactly what I’m going to do! He saves me so much time so I can focus on gains in the gym.” - Carly S

Client transformation, lost 22 lbs in 3 months.

“He’ll be as hands on as you want him to be.. he’ll be there for you. Now I feel super comfortable about my form. I would definitely recommend Alex as a coach, especially if you want to learn more about fitness. He knows plenty about bodybuilding, powerlifting, nutrition, stress-management; everything that factors into fitness.“

She’s a mom of three, nurse, and the hardest worker in any room.

Megan is a full-time Mom and a nurse. She has three kids (ages 5 and under!) and her five year old has special needs. Simply put - she’s got a full plate.

Even still, she had ambitious goals. She wanted to lose weight and gain muscle/strength.

Megan had never tracked calories before but was open to it. While tracking isn’t for everybody, she really took to it. She loved the idea of having a calorie “budget”. During the last 12 weeks she only missed three days of tracking (one of them was enforced by me because it was her birthday).

She completed 92% of her workouts and achieved an average daily step count of 11.2k.

I can’t say it enough, I love working with people like Megan. When a plan is met with consistent execution, remarkable things can happen.

“I don’t say things that aren’t earned. This has exceeded my expectations of what hiring you would be like.”

She those guns? She’s 66 years young.

Progress is possible at any age.

Programming must always meet the needs of the individual. In this case, my client needed something that worked for her schedule - and she has an extremely busy schedule. We created a program that used three sets of dumbbells, three workouts per week, for roughly 30 minutes per session.

Despite how busy she is she has made incredible progress in a short amount of time.

I've seen people give up on their fitness routines as they age. Why? Why not continue improving? You only get one body. If you can put in the time and work to be stronger and healthier, why wouldn't you?

I'm proud of every client - and this one is no exception. ❤️

Zach wanted to blow up his bench press - we took him from 175 lbs to 275 lbs in one year.

Michelle Progress Update.png

Michelle worked out for years, but always thought she didn’t have the willpower to control her nutrition. We gave her the tools and mentality to make her dream body a reality.

Michelle is a WORKHORSE. She will get to the gym 5x a week without fail. BUT, even the hardest working person cannot outwork mismanaged nutrition - so nutrition became a focus for us.

She’s open that in the past she had struggled with tracking calories - so what was different this time?
✅ She stopped making excuses
✅ She started looking at averages instead of fluctuations
✅ We allowed for flexibility - instead of 100% perfect, we shot for hitting calorie/protein targets 80% of the time. Flexibility improves consistency.
✅ She committed to improving herself - because there isn’t a better investment.

The last four weeks we decided to ramp it up - we hit calorie and protein goals every single day and managed to lose 7.5 pounds.

She’s lost TEN PERCENT of her bodyweight in the last five months - if you’re familiar with dieting you know that’s extremely impressive - losing weight isn’t easy.

“This is awesome success - and I can see it.” - York

Greg was tired of being “the skinny guy” - we turned that around.

I knew Greg was always ready to crush a workout, but he struggled with gaining weight. He was also a very low, roughly 6% body fat when we measured using circumference measurements our first week. That might sound appealing, but when you're under 8% body fat, your body has a tougher time growing muscle - which was his primary goal.

So, we were able to have a lot of fun with his diet. Since we were open to adding both fat and muscle, his bulk has been extremely impressive. He's gone up 14 lbs in the last six months for an average weight gain of 0.6lbs per week. The first month or two we were looking to get him up above 10% body fat. Once we accomplished that, we moved into a slower bulk - minimizing the fat gain while maximizing the muscle gain.

He’s a guy who could make excuses. He COULD say he doesn’t have time. Instead, he goes to the gym at 11PM. He COULD say his metabolism is too fast - instead, he eats more. I admire his dedication and his legitimate iron will.

What people are saying.

“If you’re looking for a sign, here it is… WORK WITH ALEX! I’ve tried online programs before and worked with other personal trainers as well, even tried putting together my own routines and they all had one thing in common: no results and a lot of effort.

With Alex’s help that has all changed. I don’t just get a one page document with exercises, I get a full document explaining not only the ‘what’, but the ‘how’ and ‘why’ and a truly personalized program. It’s more than just a workout, it’s an organized system tailored to fit you and your goals.

I’m only three weeks into my 12 week program and am seeing some great aesthetic results, but also noticing that I am truly getting stronger week over week.

Alex knows what he’s doing and is always available to help, and that is rare to find in my experience. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, WORK WITH ALEX!”

— Mackenzie R.

“I lost 60 lbs over the last two years just by focusing on what you’d taught me about balancing macros. When I go to the gym, I focus on what you taught me about form. I hope that my experience can help convince that you’re the right guy, not just for training/results in the short term, but for learning things that will help years after working with you.”

— Jacob P.

“I feel fantastic. Stronger, leaner, more awake and alert. My outlook on life has drastically changed. I look at every day like I’m in control instead of feeling like I’m going through the motions.”

— Zach S.

“Alex has been a friend of mine for many years, going as far back as our days in elementary school when he was always one of the smallest kids in his class. We became good friends playing high school soccer together and continued that friendship working together as well.

I remember when Alex told me he wanted to try doing MMA, I thought to myself “this kid is gonna get killed.” But sure enough he put in the work, transformed his body and dedicated himself to his training, which is where I’m sure he got his passion for fitness and training. I was truly amazed at his transformation as he got more in to weightlifting, seeing him go from my small friend Alex to someone I’d be glad to have on my side in a fight.

We had talked lifting some here and there, but I wanted to get serious about it this past winter with everything going on with the pandemic. I was thrilled to truly sit down with Alex and talk about what I wanted out of it and what worked best for me.

His programs were centered around my goals and the time and equipment constraints I had, and our FaceTime chats were really helpful and an excuse for us to catch up on other things going on in our lives.

The best part is I saw results! I set a new PR in my bench press, saw massive increases in my strength and could see a difference in the way I looked. I’ve now taken what I have learned from him and started to build my workout plans, using the ideas and programs that we talked about.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Alex and I will always go back to him with any questions I have, even if it’s just as an excuse to check in on him.”

— Stephen Z.

“I'm only 3 weeks into my 3 month program, and I am already noticing results. Alex puts an incredible amount of detail into refining and customizing your workout routines to what you want. 10/10 would recommend.”

— Aaron P.

“I cannot emphasize this enough: having a trainer, laying out goals, being held accountable, have been HUUUUUUUUGE. Alex has been such a huge motivator towards me fixing little things up, setting up workouts, diets, and making me aware of what I eat to an almost obsessive degree. He’s been great. He’s also hilarious and encouraging.”

— Nick J.

“Something huge I learned was how to use the squat rack and form. These two for me were so important to my confidence as I used to be the girl who would pick out my free weights and go into the ab section/another room to lift out of fear of guys judging since that area of the gym is mostly crowded with men.

I hope other girls get a chance to realize that even pressing or squatting the bar is an amazing starting point.

Another thing I learned was how important having a set plan before going to the gym is. Thanks to you I learned why it’s helpful to stick to the same workout for 6-10 weeks, but also it’s so SO helpful to know what you’re going to do before you even get there, so you can get in the proper mental state and also keeping track of your weight so I could push for higher weight or more reps.”

— Taylor S.

“Something I learned: I don’t necessarily have to cut out any foods that I like in order to make progress. It has been so awesome working with you. I will certainly recommend you to anyone I know that’s looking to start a program or anything.”

— Max P.

“I had someone this weekend that I’ve known for about 15 years tell me, I look good, I look healthy and happy. It felt nice hearing that.”
