Breaded Baked Shrimp

Ingredients:

  • 1lb shrimp (peeled and deveined)

  • ½ cup breadcrumbs

  • ¼ cup grated parmesan

  • 1 Tbsp butter

  • 2-3 cloves garlic

  • Lemon

  • Seasonings (to taste):

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Parsley

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. In a large bowl, mix breadcrumbs, parmesan, melted butter, garlic, salt, pepper, and parsley.

  3. Add thawed shrimp and toss until coated.

  4. Place shrimp on oven safe dish, squeeze lemon juice.

  5. Add to oven and bake for 12-15 minutes.

  6. Optional: Add additional lemon juice.

  7. Serve hot.

Pairs well with pasta and steamed vegetables.
