Meet Jordon

Jordon, 32 | Body Recomposition & Getting Stronger

Jordon didn't come to coaching looking for a six-pack. He came because he wanted to show up better - for his two boys, for his wife Jess, for the people who needed him most. "I don't want to just be there," he said at the start. "I want to be present."

That distinction matters, because Jordon's life left very little room for anything extra. He was working 80–100 hours a week, regularly putting in 10–16 hour days, and driving 12 hours to the office every few weeks. He was back at his desk after his kids' bedtime and averaging 5–6 hours of sleep a night - something he'd struggled with his whole life. He'd already lost 34 pounds on his own before we started, which speaks to his drive. But he'd stalled, and he knew he needed structure and accountability to keep going.

The key was to create a plan that worked in the few spare minutes he had each day. We built a 7–8AM workout window before his first morning meeting. The walking pad already sitting in his home office became a daily tool for stacking steps during calls and work blocks. We increased his protein intake, raised his fiber by 22%, and leaned into the dinner routine his family already had.

These were, by his own account, the most stressful 12 weeks of his life due to work. And yet…

In 12 weeks, Jordon dropped 13 pounds, going from 206 to 193. His daily steps nearly tripled - from 3–5k to 8–12k. He completed 23 workouts. His pushing strength improved by 44%, his pulling by 71%, and his lower body numbers were almost unrecognizable: his squat went up 429% and his hinge movements improved by 435%. His energy shifted noticeably. And sleep quality (a lifelong struggle) finally started to really improve in the final two weeks (he stated his sleep quality had tripled).

But the changes didn’t stop with the numbers. His wife Jess started tracking her food and working out. His son Bryce started asking how much protein was in his smoothie and requesting extra hammer curls.

What started as one dad trying to be more present turned into his whole family moving differently.

"I feel prepared," he said at the end. "I feel like I can handle this."
